World’s most exclusive hotel is one-room designer prefab in Paris!

An exclusive one-room hotel has opened in a prefab on a Paris rooftop with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.

Guests at the Hotel Everland get an extra-large bed and mini-bar but are only allowed to stay for one night.

The room costs a heavy 313 pounds per night, but breakfast is delivered to the door and guests are encouraged to steal the towels.

The Swiss-built prefab is actually an art installation with guests as part of the exhibit.

The artists behind the project say those taking part can expect a "bounteous dimensioned room".

“It represents the subjective dream of a hotel – the architecture, the playful details, as well as the request to steal the golden embroidered bath towels,” The Sun quoted a spokesman, as saying. (ANI)
