If you ever plan to visit Britain, don’t forget to refer to the online travel guide by virtualtourist.com, which warns about the nation’s pubs, kebab vans – and chatting-up our women.

The guide also alerts visitors to automated taps and loos in public conveniences, beer, queuing, roads and football fans.

The 2,000 tips at virtualtourist.com also caution against roundabouts, Morris dancing, “snakebite” drinks and chavs.

“Be wary of food vans at tourist spots. Their hygiene isn’t always good,” The Sun quoted a tourist, as saying.

Another said: “Don’t stare at anyone in a pub. They may take it badly and beat you up.”

One adds: “In small towns, don’t get drunk and make advances on local women. I tried – it’s dangerous.”

Jeff from California warns: “Check out roundabouts before you drive through one – trust me they can be tricky.”

David, of Minneapolis, US, said: “Don’t comment on their little football team from Manchester. They get a little fisty.” (ANI)
