Spice Girls snubbed by Danish band Alphabeat

The band made their feelings clear when they turned down the chance to be the Spice Girls’ support band for the UK leg of their tour at the O2.

“They’re not the biggest admire of the girls. It’s not really how they want to launch in the UK,” The Sun quoted a source as saying.

The source added: “I don’t know if this was what pushed the girls’ team over the edge but they have decided not to have a support act at the O2.”

Alphabeat are big in Denmark and are set for their first full single release in the UK early next year. (ANI)
