Halle Berry turns to TV therapist for baby advice

Actress Halle Berry and her model boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, have Dr. Phil Macgraw to thank for the smooth way her pregnancy is going.

The TV therapist’s family-friendly book has helped the star and her boyfriend to come to terms with parenthood.

Aubry has revealed that he found the book ‘Family First’ to be invaluable.

"(It's a) great book. I recommend it," Contactmusic quoted Aubry, as saying.

He admits to having become a pregnancy scholar in his preparation to become a first-time father.

"I've been in preparation mode for five months... I've read a lot of books," he said.

Through it all he has learned one very important lesson, which he would like to pass on to other fathers-to-be: "Don't say she's fat." (ANI)
