Clint Eastwood sues furniture company over illegally trading on his name

Hollywood veteran Clint Eastwood has sued a furniture company after it produced a line of chairs called 'The Eastwood'.

The actor accused Palliser Furniture of illegally trading on his name without his permission.

The 77-year-old has filed for damages at the federal lawsuit in US District Court, Los Angeles, reports the Mirror.

The firm is also being sued by Marlon Brando's estate over another chair.

Palliser insisted that their Brando recliner was named after a Corsican village. But they were unforgiven by Eastwood. (ANI)
