Are those lace-fringed boxing trunks she has on? It looks like she has a tremendous hard-on...which would not be a surprise given the state of her arms.

She basically lives in airports. That's all she has to do...fly from one city to the other. Thankfully, she seems more even-tempered than Naomi Campbell, otherwise there would be an incident.

Also...how old is the older boy? I don't know, but he's already got an iPod (probably not one of the little shuffles either). He's well on his way to becoming one of these iPod drones, these people who walk from place to place, wrapped in their little cones of iPod-induced bliss. I wonder what Beckham boy has on his iPod. Probably Snoop Dogg...we know he's a friend of the family. Little kids shouldn't be listening to Snoop Dogg...shouldn't be disengaging from the world the way an iPod encourages you to do. He should be drinking in the sights and sounds around him and processing it all so his little brain can grow.

Eh...he's already seen every airport on earth. He's probably bored. Plus he's Beckham's kid...it's not like he'll ever need his brain for anything (except plotting how to get women's pants off them).

Cheyenne Woods is one of the best female high school golfers in the country and has decided to attend Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (the alma mater of our president). Cheyenne Woods is a two-time Arizona state high school champion and she plans to major in psychology at Wake Forest.

Cheyenne Woods, right, helped Phoenix Xavier High to four straight championships. Cheyenne Woods was ranked No. 51 in the junior girls rankings by Golfweek after winning her second straight Arizona 5-A high school title at Xavier. She also has won the American Junior Golf Association Nike Golf Junior, the Big I Junior Classic and two U.S. Kids Golf World Championships.

Violence between pals, partners and acquaintances is more prevalent before and during college time, according to a new study.

The transition from living at home to attending college may increase adolescents'' vulnerability to relationship violence.

Factors associated with this risk include less parental monitoring and support, isolation in an unknown environment and a strong desire for peer acceptance that can change behaviors toward others.

Christine M. Forke, M.S.N., C.R.N.P., of the Children''s Hospital of Philadelphia and colleagues anonymously surveyed 910 undergraduates age 17 to 22 in 67 randomly chosen college classes.

The students answered demographic questions about sex, age, race and length of time in school and reported whether and when they had experienced physical, emotional or sexual violence in a relationship.

From the analysis, the researchers found that 407 (44.7 percent) of participants experienced relationship violence either before or during college, including 383 (42.l percent) who were victims of such violence and 156 (17.1 percent) of participants who reported perpetrating violence.

Rates of both perpetrating and being a victim of relationship violence were higher before college than during college.

More than half (130 of 227 reports) of the violence experienced during college was related to a partner rather than a friend or acquaintance.

The study also found that emotional violence was most common before college (21.1 percent), while sexual and emotional violence were equally common during college (12 percent and 11.8 percent).

The study has been published in the July issue of Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, one of the JAMA/Archives journals. Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations said that American companies are emulated these days by companies all over the world for their fair hiring practices.

“So I think to the extent they do these sorts of things, they create a very positive model that’s going to have an impact internationally,” he added.

In the study, professors Cindy Wu of Baylor University and Xiang Yi of Western Illinois University examined recruitment ads published by multinational corporations seeking management and professional workers in Taiwan and Thailand from 1993 to 1999, when neither country had laws against gender and age discrimination.

The researchers said that gender and age discrimination in the ads generally reflected the hiring practices of the corporations’ home countries, not the laws and cultures of the two Asian nations.

“Only about 10 percent of ads placed by U.S.-based companies contained gender discrimination, compared with 24 percent for European-based firms and 47 percent for Asian corporations, most headquartered in Japan,” said Lawler.

Age discrimination was also more prevalent among 12 percent of hiring ads published by American-based companies, 30 percent by European-based corporations and more than 50 percent by Asian firms.

Lawler said the findings indicate that companies typically follow their home-country hiring standards when they do business on foreign soil.

U.S. firms are particularly sensitive to gender bias, he says, operating under laws that have banned sex-based discrimination since the Civil Rights Act was passed nearly 50 years ago. Laws in Europe and Asia are generally not as stringent or strictly enforced, he said.

Similarly, the findings mirror comparatively lower legal standards for age discrimination, both in the U.S. and around the world, Lawler said.

“I think they worry about the potential for negative publicity,” he said. “If discrimination overseas comes to light, their behavior internationally can cause a backlash at home.”

Lawler says he expected U.S. companies would fare better than their European and Asian counterparts, but was surprised by the scope of their edge.

“I think it speaks well of American companies in their international operations. They can be seen as a model, and that can have an impact on host nations as they become more economically developed,” he said.

The findings will appear in the Journal of International Business Studies. (ANI)

The leaders of the three major parties are holding discussions with senior leaders of Madhesi parties at the Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction here today.
Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) general secretary Jhal Nath Khanal, Nepali Congress (NC) vice president and Minister for Peace and Reconstruction Ram Chandra Poudel and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) coordinator Upendra Yadav are taking part in the meeting.

The talks resumed after the discussions on Monday ended inconclusively. The Madhesi leaders objected to the plural term ''autonomous Madhes provinces'', proposed by the seven parties in the draft bill.

The seven-party leaders, on the other hand, said they were not ready to mention a single ''autonomous Madhes province'' in the Constitution.

The two sides have also differed on the issue of Madhesi representation in the Nepal Army.

While the Madhesi parties reiterated their demand for "proportionate representation" of Madhesis in the Nepal Army, the seven parties said they were against proportional representation, but in favour of making the army an inclusive organisation.

CPN-UML general secretary C.P Mainali informed that the Nepali Congress and the CPN (Maoist) haven''t shown any clear stance on the demand for proportionate representation in the army, but the UML and other allies are clearly against this demand.

"The SPA leaders proposed some new provisions and terminology in the supplementary bill and these were completely against the wishes of the Madhesi people," said Madhesi People''s Rights Forum Chairman Upendra Yadav.

Yadav said the proposed supplementary bill, did not mention any Madhes autonomous province and also did not address the demand of group entry into the army for Madhesis.

"The provision for ''making the army inclusive of all groups including Madhesis, and others as determined by law'' which was proposed in the draft bill prepared by the SPA cannot address our demand," he said.

Yadav claimed the provision was clearly a move to betray the Madhesi people as there is no such law in the country.

Because of the protests by Madhesi parties the regular meeting of the Constituent Assembly (CA) has remained disrupted since past two weeks, Nepalnews reported.
