Walchandnagar Ind sets bonus issue, stock split

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Diversified firm Walchandnagar Industries Ltd said on Monday
its board has approved the issue of one bonus share for each held and splitting
each share into five.
The board also set a special dividend of 10 rupees a share.
