S Kumars to form Reid & Taylor subsidiary

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Textiles firm S Kumars Nationwide Ltd said on Tuesday its board has approved forming a subsidiary of its luxury textiles and ready-to-wear division 'Reid & Taylor' to focus on the business.

The company then plans to invite private equity investment and enter the capital market with an initial public offering of Reid & Taylor (India) Ltd, it said.
