Euro Ceramics to raise up to $100 mln

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Vitrified tiles maker Euro ceramics Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved raising up to $100 million through issue of securities overseas.

The company also plans to raise $15 million through a preferential issue to Malabar Wasserstein Special Opportunity Fund, it said in a statement.

The foreign fund limit is also proposed to be raised up to 49 percent of its capital, it added.
